Payment methods
We currently offer secure and verified cashless payments that do not require any fees for the buyer.

Payment via proforma invoice (bank transfer): After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at your email address with the details for a transfer to our business transaction account (IBAN). The order will be processed and dispatched as soon as the payment is visible in our account (usually the next business day).

Payment via Flik (Instant payment): For the fastest order processing, we recommend using the Flik system. A transfer via the Flik Pay app (or your mobile banking app) is free of charge and visible within seconds. This means we can prepare and dispatch your device on the same day.
Delivery methods and costs
All devices are carefully and securely packed before shipping to prevent potential damage during transport.

Delivery time: Once payment is received, we dispatch the package as soon as possible. If items are in stock, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. For on-demand items, this period (1 to 3 days) begins once we receive the items from our supplier.

Tracking: As soon as we hand the package over to the courier, you will receive a notification and a tracking number, which you can use to track your package.
Delivery within Slovenia: Delivery across Slovenia is handled by Pošta Slovenije and GLS.

Personal pickup in Ljubljana (Free): If you are from Ljubljana or the surrounding area, you can choose the option of free personal pickup.

Personal pickup is possible exclusively by prior arrangement.

Once your order is placed and paid for, we will contact you (via email or phone) to arrange the exact day, time, and location for the pickup in Ljubljana.

At the time of pickup, you must present your order confirmation and an ID document that matches the details on the order.
